Internet is a global network of interconnected computers enabling users to share information along multiple channels. typically, a computer that connect to the internet can access information from a vast array of available servers and other computers by moving information from them to the computers local memory.
RESEARCH
The research led to the development of several packet-switched networking solutions in the late 1960s and 1970s. The USSR's launch of Sputnik spurred the United States to create the Advanced Research Projects Agency, known as ARPA, in February 1958 to regain a technological lead.
